About Idaho LUV
Idaho LUV Volleyball (formerly known as Eastern Idaho Volleyball Club - EIVC)is led by directors Kelsey Rhoades Larsen, Morgan Reece, and Paige Leatham - three passionate coaches with extensive experience at both the club and high school levels. Our leadership team is committed to creating a competitive, supportive, and growth-driven environment where athletes thrive. We carefully select like-minded coaches who share our vision and values, ensuring every athlete is guided by mentors who prioritize strong fundamentals, team development, and mental toughness.
We are deeply invested in this sport, this club, and the athletes we serve. Our goal is to build not only skilled players, but confident, resilient young people. We believe Southeast Idaho is full of untapped volleyball talent, and we’re here to help our athletes and teams become a dominant force - on and off the court.
We accept players from all over the SE Idaho region. i.e. Pocatello, American Falls, Blackfoot, Snake River, Idaho Falls, Shelley, Butte, etc.
Meet our Directors

Kelsey Rhoades Larsen
Kelsey is bringing decades of experience, passion, and leadership to the court and to Idaho LUV. Her love for volleyball started early, growing up in a competitive sports family where her older and younger sisters played and her father coached. From tagging along to practices as a little girl to leading programs as a head coach and club director, volleyball has been a lifelong constant - a source of challenge, growth, and community.
Kelsey played for Highland High School on the varsity team from 2001-2004, where her teams went on to compete at the State tournament each season. Kelsey also played competitive club volleyball all throughout her youth which helped her earn a full-ride athletic scholarship to CEU (now known as USU Eastern). Her background as a student-athlete shaped her work ethic and fueled her desire to mentor others through sport.
Over the years, Kelsey has coached every level of club volleyball, from beginners just discovering the game to advanced travel teams competing at regional and national levels, with one team even competing at the AAU National Championship Tournament in Orlando, FL. She has also coached all levels of high school volleyball, most recently serving as the Head Coach of Highland High School from 2018 to 2023. During her time at Highland, she helped rebuild and elevate the program while fostering a strong team culture rooted in discipline, unity, and belief.
In 2018, alongside fellow coaches, Kelsey co-founded Club Rams, a program initially created to support Highland athletes during the offseason. As her vision for inclusivity and growth expanded, she helped transition Club Rams into a partnership with EIVC, uniting players from across multiple local schools. In 2025, that evolution culminated in the rebranding of the program to Idaho Level Up Volleyball (Idaho LUV) - a name that reflects the club's mission to develop not just athletes, but leaders, teammates, and confident young women ready to level up in all areas of life.
But volleyball is only one chapter in Kelsey's story. She is also a working mom of four teenage daughters, one of which recently played collegiate volleyball for CSI, a devoted wife, and a potential law student pursuing her dream of becoming a lawyer.
Outside of work and coaching, Kelsey enjoys horseback riding, camping with her family, traveling the world, and has recently been picking up a new hobby - golf, which she's learning to love for its challenge and peaceful pace.
Through every role she takes on - coach, mom, student, mentor - Kelsey leads with hustle, resilience, heart, and a genuine love of the game. She believes deeply in the power of sport to change lives and is committed to helping every Idaho LUV athlete rise to their potential.

Morgan Reece
Born and raised in Idaho, Morgan is proud to now call Chubbuck home, where she lives with her amazing husband and their four kids. When Morgan is not in the gym, you'll likely find her planning her next family vacation, camping trip, or visit to Disneyland - her happiest place on earth! She is also a proud "Swiftie" and loves all things Taylor Swift. In addition to coaching, Morgan runs a salon out of her home where she does hair, which is another creative outlet that she loves.
Volleyball has been part of Morgan's life for as long as she can remember. She grew up in a volleyball family as the youngest of four girls, all of whom played, with a dad who coached for 20 years. It was more than just a sport in her house - it was a way of life. She developed a deep love for the game early on and played through high school. Though Morgan chose to end her playing career after graduation, it left a noticeable void and she knew she had to find a way back to the sport.
That passion led Morgan to coaching, and she's never looked back. She's coached high school volleyball for 11 years, with 10 of those years at the varsity level. During that time, she also coached club teams ranging from 14U to 16U. Morgan continued to invest in her coaching education, attending multiple high-level coaching clinics to stay current as the sport evolves.
Volleyball is more than just competition - it's about growth, connection, and building lifelong relationships. Morgan is incredibly passionate about creating those opportunities for the athletes she coaches. Volleyball truly is the best, and she is grateful every day to be part of this amazing community.

Paige Leatham
Paige is the current Head Coach at Pocatello High School and a passionate mentor who is dedicated to growing the game of volleyball. Paige grew up playing volleyball in South Dakota, competing in club throughout her youth, and leaving her mark at her high school by setting two school records. Her love for the game carried her into a collegiate career at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, where she played four years and earned her Industrial Engineering degree.
Her coaching journey began in college as a volunteer YMCA coach. From that moment on, she was hooked - her focus shifting from playing the game to teaching it. In 2015, Paige coached the freshman team at Pocatello High School, leading them their first winning season in years. In 2016, she coached the 8th grade team at Irving Middle School to an All-City Championship. She then returned to Pocatello High in 2017 as the JV coach before spending five years in the same role at Highland High School.
Now in her second season as varsity head coach at Pocatello High, Paige has helped lead the program to back-to-back state tournament appearances, snapping a 30-year drought, with a 3rd place finish in 2023 and 5th in 2024. Her impact has reignited a proud volleyball culture centered around discipline, grit, and growth.
Paige also pours her heart into the Idaho LUV Academy League, a developmental program for 3rd-5h grade athletes. She focuses on teaching disciplined, technical volleyball from the very beginning and making it fun along the way. She believes in building strong foundations - both in skill and character - that prepare athletes for long-term success.
Outside of the gym, Paige is a proud wife and mother of three. She's married to the love of her life, Daniel, who fully supports her biggest volleyball-obsessed dreams. Together, they enjoy kayaking, movie nights, and their animals on their couple of acres. Her family brings her so much joy, and their support fuels her passion.
Paige's love for volleyball runs deep. She's not only a coach but a true student of the game. She loves to play, study, watch, and teach volleyball, and brings the same passion to every athlete she works with. Whether you're just starting out or chasing high-level goals, this club is build on a love for the game and a desire to help others fall in love with it, too.
